Hi - issue says "Closed" but car is still there with no plates, no notes from the City, and the "Closed" comment simply says "Resolved by the City of Berkeley". I'm new to SeeClickFix so pardon my ignorance on what "Resolved" means. But I'm curious as to what that means. A tow truck is on the way? It was verified to be a legal car via the VIN on the windshield? Do I need to reopen the issue? Thanks, Brad.
Berkeley does this ALL the time. It's bad enough the city employees don't do the job they're paid to, but it also means we have to be diligent about monitoring these fakecloses (it's not like we have nothing else to do in our copious amounts of free time). Weird.
Please contact the Parking Enforcement Division of the Police Dept for proper follow-up. They can be reached at 510 981 5890
The Parking Enforcement closed this case out as resolved and suggestion would be to follow-up with them for more information.
Thank you and have a good day,

It's a fakeclose.
