Description

The handicapped parking sign, I think in front of 29 Elm Street, was recently fixed after being knocked down. The sign on the post is now facing across the street, instead of facing the oncoming cars. It's easy to not notice the sign, even after parking and getting out. I would hate to see people ticketed. The sign needs to face the on coming traffic coming up Elm Street.
