Description

The 2 right-turn signals for northbound Research Park Blvd traffic turning west on Old Madison Pike. Left one is rotated so that it can't be seen.

First noticed it 9AM Mon morning. Still rotated 9AM Tues morning (today).

Not a high priority since both right-turn signals do exactly the same thing each cycle.
