Property Manager is Evolve Vacation Rental which continues to promote nightly vacation rentals such as this one. I think they have been cited before but they always just say "we require guests to sign a 30 day rental agreements", but this is B.S., the guests can leave anytime before the lease is up. The city needs to be more aggressive or our entire neighborhood is going to become a motel district.
