Especially considering the recent collapse on Market Street.

This building is not safe. Someone should call L&I on this property owner.

This is unsafe. Water is collecting inside of home.

This house is in even worse condition now. There are bricks falling on to the sidewalk below. The roof has pretty much collapsed. When I ask the L&I inspector about it I was told they don't have ladder to check these things out.

Shell/house in worse condition then when first reported. Bricks falling on to sidewalk below. Boards covering rear windows now missing leaving it completely exposed.

The city did come out and seal the doors and windows. That was start I'll give them credit for that. I doubt they repaired the roof that is falling in on itself.

Who owns the house? Developer? Deadbeat? It's been in terrible condition for so long...
