The walk signal intervals at this intersection have been significantly shortened in the past month. It is causing people to walk when there’s no walk signal, because the traffic light is green far longer than the walk signal. This is leading to high potential for a severe accident as people normalize jaywalking on this intersection. Further, there is a lot of pedestrian traffic on this intersection so a longer walk signal duration is very warranted.
