Parks and Facilities Admin assigned this issue to Street/Stormwater Maintenance Lead

It seems like nothing has moved forward with this issue. I was cleaning my gutters yesterday and looked up; it might just be me, but it looked like the hanging dead branch had shifted and was now more directly over my roof....

I'm still waiting to hear a single thing about this, or see a single action being taken.

Sorry for the late response, we will have the bucket truck available next week and will come and remove the dead branches. Thank you.

Awesome, thank you. Just a heads up, I think there may be other branches that look like they're dying or will die eventually. There's a lot of ivy around that tree and two more on the same strip of land that may be weakening those trees.

Branch that was hung up on the other branches over the roof was removed, tree has been scheduled for an assessment for removal. Homeowner has been contacted directly.
