Opis

Beginning in early March an ear piercing high pitched whine started on the rear side of this address. It can be heard a little all day but from dusk through early morning when ambient noise drops it can be heard at my condo one block behind that complex on 161st pl. it’s keeping us awake. It hurts my dogs ears. It’s causing distress in my home and in our neighborhood. We can’t use our deck due to the annoyance.
