Description

An off leash dog came charging full run at me and my dog. I said "don't do it" to its owner, but the dog was already upon us. I raised my leg and deflected the dog from my dog. A shouting match ensued after the owner told me not to "kick" his dog. "He is not an attack dog" he claimed. My dog and I can't determine that in an instant.
About 30 yr old white male with reddish hair, glasses, and a border collie like dog. Nothing like an expletive filled argument to get your heart racing. Just another fun, relaxing walk in Hamlin Park. By the way I will usually take a different path to avoid loose dogs. I'm not looking for a confrontation.
