After school? How about after dark? There are droves of kids in this same area. Just walk through this area on a Sunday morning and see the piles of beer cans and trash, not to mention the destruction to the fences, trees, even broken steps and benches blackened and broken from bikes and skateboards. I know the police can't catch these kids since they have so many escape routes; however, if they drove through and hit these areas with their flood lights after dark, they will get tired of running and go back to the Acme parking lot!
