This item has been forwarded to the City Engineering division for review and appropriate action

This is a common problem in Roseville. You can look into either adding more soil or adding what is called a "French drain". Unfortunately there is very little the city is able to do about the situation.

I made multiple attempts to make contact with homeowner. I left notification on door to contact engineering department. I will be available to give further guidance on the issue if contacted.
