Description
a several hundred foot section of City View Rd is now down to one lane. The heavy truck traffic caused by the diversion off Cowles bridge due to the weight restriction is adding to the deterioration. Every day it is noticably worse than the previous day. The area that is the worst is near Jack's Brook.
