This flower bed leaks quite often. Sprinkler head issues perhaps? It is located at the foot of the long stairs that go up the hill into Victoria Hill - just above the gate opening onto Columbia Street, about 200 meters east of the intersection/lights with McBride.

This is still leaking all across the sidewalk.
