Description

alley entrance off 7th Ave n is damaged from wife turning semi trucks.
deep pothole in alley.
original asphalt left unmaintained then covered in gravel.
oversized full size large semi trucks delivery trucks drive alley for delivery to the rehab center on alley.the excessive truck size and weight is deteriorating the alley.
