Description

Please reopen complaints 5752095 and 5756405--the drainage issue and rubbish/harborage issues have not been addressed. "Too much water" ?? and no action to correct the situation (remove the rubbish and clean out the drainage ditch) is NOT a solution. At a MINIMUM the home owner needs to clean up the ditch, the harborage (branches, trash, leaves, etc) and make sure the ditch is clear including the fence line. Please send out proper county authority to resolve the issue, not just "close" it with no solution. This could not have been properly addressed when NOTHING was donedto correct the flooding/harborage issues.

Q. Please describe the issue in detail.
A. Drainage ditch is filled in with branches, leaves, dirt and fencing which causes flooding during rainfall. Harborage is causing snakes and rodents.
