Hi, I am not sure if code violations are going on here in the photos but I do know we have had a mess going for years on my street. My Address is 18726 s e 268th covington wa. My name is neal prenovost and I own a home on the street i sent you for over 30 years and I know this has been going on for 10 years at least. I have also contacted the homeowner association .

No permit applications have been received for a deck at the address of 18728 SE 268th Street. Some decks do not require permits depending on the size and height above finished grade, but are required to abide by other zoning, fire, and building regulations.
