Description

the whole block is filled with cars parking like in the photo. They park on sidewalks and in front in fire hydrants. There is a fire hydrant at 1756 - 28th but you cant see it cause its blocked by cars. We also have no enforcement on street sweeping days. The main problem is CARS PARKING ON SIDEWALK. It happens mainly after hours and I cant get a police over here. There is no place for people with wheelchairs
