Due to the poor drains that the water goes around, Jay Lane is riddled with Pot holes, mostly on right side of road, where dirt and RUSTED JAGGED metal object is protruding NOW MORE THAN 3 INCHES ABOVE THE ROADWAY, it measures about 6 inches in width, and JAGGED which may cause serious injury!
