Description

The left turn arrow at Encore Parkway going north on North Point Parkway needs to be corrected. The way the other lights are timed it is rare that a car is already in the turn lane when the light turns green. This causes only a flashing yellow turn arrow to appear. Then the traffic piles in from the light before. It's already a difficult place to make a left turn but in peak traffic times, the turn lane begins to back up into the travel lane. Something needs to be done to allow for the arrow to be green (not automatic yellow) and for a longer period of time to clear the traffic.
