Appletree homeowners and condo residents pay in excess of 1.5 million a year in taxes. I could post a dozen or more pictures that will just be acknowledged of potholes and decaying areas of roadway. Could a 2 man crew just spend 1 hour filling in potholes with hot patch (cold patch has deteriorated) on Cumberland, Edinborough and Murfield Roads. I'll be happy to submit pictures if need be show the condition of the roadways.
