Would be nice if it could be handled a section at a time. Especially crosswalks.

*I know this all requires money, manpower, sectioning off area(s). Couldn’t we get art major college students? Call on retirees from Public Works? What a great moral boost to the COV this would bring...

What is this local fascination with painting stuff all over the street? Hard to walk around any block without finding lines, notices, drawings and measurements painted on the street. The yellow line in this photograph has no discernible purpose. What is the perceived hazard to bicyclists or walkers? Bicyclists, stay to the left, or else you'll run into a trash can? Walkers, stay to the right, yes it is a sideWALK, but you're not allowed to WALK there? If we must have paint all over the street, then get a bunch of convicted taggers, and have them paint something pretty.
