Hello. Back in May when I'd submitted this request, I'd spoken with Mr. Barker who'd indicated that he was going to coordinate with my HOA, and ultimately schedule the work adjacent to my property at a later time - it was too wet at the time of the submission, and the heat of summer was not conducive to re-establishing the lawn after the grading.

I'm curious if this work can not proceed - with or without coordination of my HOA?

I'm following up with this request as there has been no response as yet. I'm still interested in having this drainage issue adjacent to my property resolved. I've seen similar work completed in my neighborhood (West end of Moorland at Brownbridge) and am requesting an update be provided on my request.

It’s been more than a year since checking last, and almost two years since initially requesting a regrade and shaping of the County drainage culvert adjacent to my property. Please provide an update on the plan to address this.

Crew cleaned and redefined 280 ft of swale to allow positive water flow.

I appreciate this work completed; however, the swale has been left in an unsightly state - uneven ground, bare soil etc. I prefer this be left open until the swale has been graded and reseeded as necessary.

Jim B. spoke with resident by phone. The crew will return next week weather permitting and regrade a couple of spots holding water. The crew will also seed and place erosion control device (Curlex) down to stabilize the area and promote growth of the seed. We also spoke about and area on Moorland between Ramsgate and address7150 Moorland that needed attention in the swale due to build up in the swale. The supervisor will create a New SeeClickFix and work it into to his schedule.

Crew came out on 2/6/2023 and graded the high spots to allow water flow.

Seed, straw and curlex was added to the area when work was done.
