I'm over on Pinehurst by Longfellow and we're already starting to see rats again and our neighborhood is all cut and up to code! The same issue is happening behind my house at 27353 Pinehurst they don't cut behind their garage / mother-in-law apartment / what was last year a puppy pound. I've had to cut some of their trees back because of my garage roof and they're Dandy lions are higher than my knees! Can't tell if that's where the rats are coming from or not. It is the house with the Pitbull off of Longfellow the street behind Pinehurst and they have the big fence going around their entire yard except for behind the building structure at the back of the property. We have multiple rental home lawns that have not been cut at/near Ivanhoe and Pinehurst. OR they cut the front but not the rear yard.

Also, MANY residences in this neignborhood with unregisted/unliscensed/uninsured VEHICLES backed into drive that have not moved in many months, some for years!
