Description

The light system at 14th Ave and 19th AVe at E.29th needs to be replaced and upgraded. It is an old signal and DANGEROUS for the visually impaired and others with disabilities. When you press the signal to walk, you cannot tell which light is yours to go if you are blind. I've seen cars almost hit families with young children.
