Description

Sleeping around the building, leaving used needles, asking for money/rides/laundry room to sleep in and stealing items off porches in the middle of the night. Male by the name of Gustavo, a female who screams offensive things and two short haired blonde males trying to do drugs in the dumpster area. They have left bloody fingerprints and smears near the front doorway on neighbors unit. There is kids in this complex and these people come and go thru-out the week.
