We understand the DTE efforts for the gas line upgrade however why do they have operators and equipment sit around for hours doing nothing. I witnessed 2 shovel operators, one on Red Oak and the other on Sunset taking naps when I went shopping and came back 2 hours later - they were still napping? Who watches these contractors from a city perspective ensuring they are doing a good job (which it seems they have not been in this neighborhood) and not wasting our money.
