This is the second time I have seen a report of what appears to be paint coming from the outlet. Whoever is doing construction in this area needs to be fined.

A work order has been issued to a Stormwater Crew and will be investigated. Thank you.

Stormwater Supervisor went to location this morning (5/24/19) and there was no discharge at this time, outfall had no sign of discharge either. They checked surrounding area and found it all clear. Thank you.
