Water is not draining out of the ditch on Sabine under the street at Crockett and is overflowing into the intersection. There is an apparent blockage, because there does not seem to be any drainage issues on the other side.

The storm drain on the Crockett side of this corner is full of debris, which is probably what is causing this problem.

When I've tried to get the culverts cleared around my kids'school (Memorial) CoH said it's the responsibility of the property to keep them clear (which is B.S.) but it's where it ended.
