This problem really needs to be taken care of, as you can see from the photos, we have a safety issue at this facility and it concerns all of us who play tennis at this park, practically every day. With rainy season coming, I only expect this problem to get worse, because the more it rains and water seeps underneath the surface of the courts, the more they crack and more grass will grow on our courts, of course, then we will have grass courts. Thank you so much for your consideration in making our Lake Vista courts beautiful and safe.

Maintenance has been delayed far too long. Resurfacing is the primary need. Secondary is installing LED lighting system. There is perhaps some of the most tennis activity at this park and there has been significant neglect.

Update from Parks: Thank you for your post - the Lake Vista tennis courts are in fact slated for resurfacing this summer. In the short term, however, we will have maintenance staff address the grass/weeds on the courts. Thanks again!

The tennis courts are very messed up! They have cracks all over them and can cause a major injury! Needless to say the lights on the court are also broke and don’t all come when supposed to. The bleachers on the courts have Wass nest inside them and people have been stung by them before! Please fix these court court in the Proper Manner!

We have been asking for the tennis courts to be resurfaced for years, and every year we get blown off. It’s one thing if we used these every great blue moon, but we use these courts everyday. It would be greatly appreciated we can get them fixed before somebody gets hurt. Thanks for your time
