1301 and 1309 Mills St ramp is always flooded.

I live on 9th Ave. in unincorporated Menlo Park. When it rains we have a similar thing, however, this is not a drain but (I forgot the correct word: pop up?) an overflow that lets water flow out and continue on its way. Not great but that is apparently the system. You could be having the same.

The problem is that water flows on sunny days also. Every other day. Dry season also. All along the whole street and than stays on street for days on private ramps while it dried off. Residents of our street are tired that our street is used as sewage street.

Get the City of MP to do something or at least explain what is going on. I often ride my bike there and wonder why there is water to the top at "drain". Good luck!
