People are allowed to visit here from other states.
The RPP allows 2 hours for anyone at anytime and is not in effect after 8:30 pm so even if you saw this at 7:00pm on a Friday night, they are allowed to be there all night, so just move along.

2hr parking is the other side of the street so maybe move it!

They are from out-of-state and maybe just arrived so why don't you cut them some slack and don't be so petty.
