Description

The neighbor at 305 Ivy Dr. Menlo Park, Ca 94025 has 3 non moving trucks that are parked on the lawn filled with trash. He collects trash and the other night I saw rodents in the trucks. The place is infested with rodents and I am afraid that they will come to my house. They also have about 5 dogs that are continuously barking. He collects so much trash and has it all along the fence. I suspect that our fence will eventually fall over due to all the weight of the junk he puts along the fence. I would appreciate a clean sight.
