Description
Utility work was done at the corner of Balch Road and Winding Creek Road a month or two ago. The grass at the entrance of Cross Creek subdivision was removed and replaced with Bermuda that is dormant in the winter and doesn't match the non-dormant grass that belongs to Cross Creek HOA. I contacted AT&T, but they said that the City of Huntsville replaced the grass. Who do we need to speak to about having tall fescue grass planted to replace the Bermuda? Thank you.
