Description

We came home on 5/7/2019 and found a large depression on the right side of our front lawn nearest to the park. A metal object used to be there that we thought was related to the water meter. A large area of the lawn was destroyed. We were not informed that work would be done on our property and we gave no permission for anyone to enter.
