This house runs 3 businesses out of it. A short term rental, gardening, and junk business.
I am wondering if each business has the proper licenses and permits. Especially for a junk wagon stored in driveway. which is enviromentally unsafe.
They dont have enought parking and cars and work trucks are left in the street. Sometimes with no or expired license. This is a nuisance because
neighbors and their guests have to park far away.
The people their also make noise in early morning
and at night disturbing people.
I am hoping you can take care of this problem.

We have stopped to check on the property three times this week. There has not been a "junk hauling" truck or a truck storing large quantities of items which to give the appearance of a hauling business on-site during this times in the morning and afternoon. The front of the property has been clear of debris. A check online has not turned up evidence that a hauling business is on-site. We have checked Airbnb but have not located an ad for this property. If you have evidence that they are (recently saved online ads) we would be happy to review them). A notice has been issued to the property owner for returning the landscape business to the property.
Vehicles which are operable & registered, other than the vehicle connected to the landscaping company, are permissible to be parked on the public street for up to 72 hours per California Vehicle Code. If a vehicle is resting in the same spot for greater than 72 hours on the public street, please contact the Parking Services Division at the Walnut Creek Police Department Non-Emergency Line at 925-935-6400. If you are reporting a vehicle with possibly out of date registration on the public street, I would suggest asking their staff for a call back so that they may advise you of how many months out of date it must be for them to either cite or tow the vehicle from the street.
For loud parties or people making noise late at night, please contact the Walnut Creek Police Department Non-Emergency Line at 925-935-6400.
