As Per Verizon, They have not had payphones for over 20 years and stated the city can have this removed.

The pay phone is still there - can the city remove it?

I have contacted the number provided by Verizon to look into this but was only able to leave a voicemail. I will continue to contact them, for your reference, The phone number is Phone Booths - customer should send the request in

Somebody from the city forgot to remove this since the comment was made back in Oct. 2019?

Verizon also provided that phone number, so if the company can have this removed or provide assistance that makes the process efficient.

My Phone call was not returned. I have requested Verizon to provide more assistance.

Then just have it taken down if Verizon chooses to ignore you.
