Vines everywhere. Thick. Can’t be mowed.

The last picture is the backyard. It isn’t just trees and bushes. This vine is way over 12 inches and is uncontrollable for neighbors. The buckets in the picture above are there today and the tire is new! Please, please help with this. It stinks and bugs and rodents and numerous other critters live there.

the owner has cleaned up the sanitation in the backyard. As for the dead trees I honestly do not have an answer. I am sure forestry received a complaint on this issue too. They were not able to do any thing about the trees. Until the tree is on the ground there is nothing I can do either. I understand your concern but do not have an ordinance that addresses live or dead trees that are still standing. Sorry

I was just there Tuesday and closed the sanitation case there was nothing that I could see that was holding water. I can not cite trees. There is vinca vine growing under the trees in the back. I told him he needed to knock down a few weeds coming up through the vines.

I got the response about the trees. I’m no longer asking about that. The buckets in the picture are holding water. Do I need to call or open a new ticket? I’ve no doubt that they can’t be seen. That’s why I sent the picture.

where are you seeing the buckets. I was in the backyard with the owner once to tell him what I need him to do including removing items holding water.
