By the way, I didn’t necessarily expect them to already be picked up…I understand the city has a long list. I am, however, frustrated with the miscommunication. My request should not have been closed until the work was actually completed. So either someone is being untruthful with orders that they are actually completing and reporting work done, or they are picking up limbs and debris and not paying attention to the actual addresses. Our entire curb is completely clear with the exception of this one pile. Our house number is clearly marked on both our mailbox and our front door, so there is no way it should’ve been mistaken for another pile of limbs that are at another residence unless someone isn’t being careful.
