Median of Mandela from 34th to the overpass still weed filled.
Also, at 12th street both ends of the median are covered in weeds.
Plenty of dead and dying plants scattered through median from 7th to 36th streets . And hand weeding is definitely called for.

Still much trash here. Also one large dead tree across from PS Print.

A rake or vacuum needs to be taken to the median under the freeway. Small trash everywhere.

Bay Construction must be replaced as soon as their contract is up. They do a poor job and this area is supposed to be a good first look at Oakland?

Hit or miss service from Bay Construction still a problem. Please ask council to replace them.

Weeds are 3 feet high on Mandela south of 18th.
Also, many of the foolishly planted oak trees have died but have not been removed. If it's sudden oak death in a few years they'll all be dead.
After all the work the neighborhood did to force Caltrans to fulfil it's promises it's awful to see the landscape treated so badly.

Musia, I am closing this report as it’s outlived its usefulness. From my experience, they don’t respond to these secondary comments, unless you re-open a closed report. And, if OAK311 responds to anything, it has to be location-specific. I’ve reported weeds at specific locations and most of the time they have cut them down within a week or two. But the specific location of this report pin does not have any weeds.

Yeah I think i will report dead trees ( and ask residents to water ones near them )
