The curb on the left side of driveway was replaced with cold patch asphalt. The curb has been smashed down from vehicles in the neighborhood. A permanent curb using hot asphalt has never been installed/replaced.

A temporary cold patch curb was installed and hasn't held up to neighborhood traffic. Stormwater from the road is once again running through my property and causing erosion issues.

The curb issue in font of my house still hasn't been adequately repaired. My neighbor's property and my property continues to be negatively impacted by the missing section of curb. This issues was brought to the attention of Howard County in 2017. My driveway has been undermined, uncontrollable erosion between properties, sediment deposits on both the property to the rear of me and my property. Will address Maryland Department of Environment if issue doesn't get addressed. I also offered to fix the problem myself on several occasions. I was informed that if i attempted to fix the curb and minimize damages to my property that i would be in danger of receiving a violation citation from Howard County.

The crew can come by and enlarge the berm with hot mix asphalt at the driveway. I visited the site on 4/17/2020 and it appears that the berm has held up well, except at the left radius of the driveway. It does appear someone has been running over.

The curb has been replaced. This should alleviate the water jumping the curb.
