I live at Breakwater Bay and trucks are not supposed to drive thru and they do.. it still should not look the way it looks

I often see cars leaving the condos entering the rotary at a very high rate of speed attempting to beat other cars to the rotary. I was almost in a serious accident recently because of these inconsiderate,
entitled drivers.
