In my opinion that is a poorly constructed Roundabout at Hardscrabble & Chaffin that was completely designed wrong especially for cars coming south on Hardscrabble. Every other Roundabout in our area was engineered to a higher standard and has better flow of traffic. I hope to see improvements to this Roundabout and this entire area in the near future as I know we can do better Roswell.
