Description

KCSO dispatch received report from citizen of "water access manhole cover" missing from location in the eastbound lane of NE 16th Street at 212th. Near a crosswalk and there is a smashed yellow reflector or delineator near it. Gaping hole of utility access approx 10in x 10in. Afraid it will cause someone to blow a tire.
