How long does the property owner have to comply with the ordinance? Thank you for your assistance!

The property owner gets a total of three notices. The first notice issued is a 14 day time period. The second notice gives the property owner 7 days. Lastly the final notice issued gives the owner 10 days. If the violations are not abated after the final notice. The City takes action and will abate the violations from one of our local contractors at the cost of the owner.
