more boom cars continue terrorizing the island. we had one in the marina village shopping center yesterday that was blasting their rap music so loud you could hear it all the way from Sherman and Buena Vista. The pulsations were vibrating all structures within a 5 mile radius. APD nowhere to be found and not enforcing the law as usual. Tons more boom cars driving down atlantic and challenger today as well as on park street. Within a 30 minute time period I had my eardrums @.s.s.ault.e.d by numerous i.l.l.e.g.a.l subwoofer blasts by at least a dozen different vehicles being driven by wannabe t.h.u.g.s

This happens every single day, hundreds, if not thousands of times a day in every neighborhood in Alameda. Meanwhile, our police force stands idly by and absolutely refuses to cite these violators, knowing full well what a massive nuisance they are to everyone out here, and the fact that they are openly violating numerous local city ordinances and state laws.
