Bike and Pedestrians frequently travel in this area, but with a blind corner and shoulder which disappears this is unsafe at this location. Coatesville bike lanes provide safe travel through Coatesville, but once you enter Valley township you're greeted with this unsafe blind corner. Also debris accumulates on this shoulder up to the Bottom Dollar. With minimal investment this shoulder can be made slightly safer.
