Hello, I called in this ticket earlier today. Essentially the curb grade is steep enough that it caused damage to the underside of my car. A couple other residents in the court have curb aprons with a much more gradual slope. I was hoping this could be done to my driveway as well.

Unfortunately, the condition described is not a defect; this curb and apron layout was built according to a design that is no longer utilized. The reported condition exists at every original driveway in the neighborhood. This is not a maintenance issue as there's no damage to the curb, everything appears to have been built "as intended", and is all functioning "as intended" from a roadways standpoint. That said, I will forwarded this location for further review for a possible capital improvements project. Thank you for your report.
