Description
This is the second time I've put in for this, but the intersection of Bowers and Milton NEEDS a stop sign! You disregarded it before but it is clearly a safety concern. I just watched a guy almost hit a woman crossing. I yelled at him that she had the right of way and he flipped me off. So of this not to mention how impossible it is to turn onto Bowers without pulling halfway into the intersection. It is so dangerous, and for what? To continue to leave this intersection without a stop sign is not only irresponsible, but shows how little Jersey City cares for pedestrians.
