This is an addition to my request from last year - yet another accident just occurred at the intersection of Fountain and Felch because a driver on Fountain did not realize that the Felch Street traffic wasn't going to stop. PLEASE put up signs on Fountain to let drivers know that cross street traffic does not stop.

Here is my request from last year:
"Cross Traffic Does Not Stop" signs need to be added to the stop signs on Fountain Street at the corner of Fountain and Felch to alert drivers that Felch Street traffic does not stop. Cars speed down Felch through this intersection and many drivers on Fountain do not realize that Felch doesn't have a stop sign. I live on this corner and have seen one major accident (now two), and hear screeching breaks and blaring horns daily because of the near misses. Or better yet, make it a 4-way stop. There are several very young kids within a block of this intersection, including my 2-year old (now 3), and it's a real hazard. Thank you.
