Description
This issue has already been reported on this website multiple times by multiple residents for multiple years, but since SeeClickFix recently broke their website and completely removed the search function, it is no longer possible for users like myself to search and find the existing issue and comment on it with updates. Therefore I am forced to re-create the issue again until SeeClickFix fix their broken website. Also please note that some words have been interspersed with periods (.) to circumvent the nonsensical automated censors on this website, which will completely block my entire post for containing certain innocuous English dictionary words.
A group of transients continue to plague this area, abusing i.l.l.e.g.a.l d.r.u.g.s and a.l.c.o.h.o.l while h.a.r.a.s.s.i.n.g p.a.s.s.e.r.s by. This has been reported multiple times to APD. I attempted to report this same group to APD non-emergency dispatch a couple weeks ago but the dispatcher gave me attitude and refused to do anything. I called again today, and it was unfortunately the same dispatcher, although she claimed that she was sending officers out (whatever that actually means- clearly it doesn't ever result in any meaningful action to resolve the issue)
I am getting tired of seeing these transients abusing our community. Park Street is not a homeless shelter. It's not an outdoor bar or a d.r.u.g. den. It's definitely not a public restroom. We're tired of the d.r.u.g.s, a.l.c.o.h.o.l. urine, fecal matter and trash being produced by these transients and the h.a.r.a.s.s.m.e.n.t of our community members by these transients. Enough is enough. Clean it up!

reopening this issue because "assigned to hlos" does not mean "closed" stop abusing the "Close" button to sweep issues under the rug. we know you guys dont want to do your jobs but thats no excuse for closing issues without fixing them
get your stuff in gear APD!
